The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. The nearby Lake Constance, the cities of Lindau (17 km) and Wangen im Allgäu (4 km) offer a variety of sports and excursion possibilities, so that holidays are possible here all year round. The apartment is located directly on the bike path, from where you can start numerous tours.

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Families with children as well as couples and solo travelers of all ages can feel comfortable in our modern apartments with a spacious terrace or balcony. Right next to the cottage is our playground, which invites our little guests to play and romp around. We will be happy to welcome you soon to our farm!

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

The apartment has a large living/sleeping room with fitted kitchen, bed, closet, dining table with 4 seats as well as a sofa bed with a comfortable topper and TV system. The apartment is an in-law and not suitable for wheelchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower,toilet, washbasin, washing machine, hair dryer and a window. Pets are welcome.

Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped, ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small families. We are happy to welcome you soon.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
