Casa típica de Guanajuato, dividida en 5 desniveles cada uno con escaleras, hay 2 terrazas una techada y otra expuesta, vista panorámica espectacular, se puede apreciar desde comedor, cocina y habitación principal, estamos en carretera panorámica, contamos con 1 cajón de estacionamiento dentro de nuestras instalaciones, estamos de 10 a 15 minutos del centro bajando por callejones o por el funicular que se encuentra en el Pípila a 400 metros de la casa (5 minutos caminando).

The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. The apartments are adults only Fiber internet all around the property Washing-machine & dryer Warning: there are stairs within the property as shown in the photos.
