We also have a 42" smart TV with internet access. Maximum 12 people in beds. There are 3 bedrooms (1 suite). It has 2 internal bathrooms with shower plus 1 toilet and 1 external bathroom with shower.

Spacious house in Morro do Chapéu with panoramic views of the mountains and Lake Furnas. Great for a weekend in the middle of nature. Situated 20 minutes from downtown Capitol and 25 min from the Turvo River (place where ALL motorboat tours leave). House with full bed linen and fully equipped kitchen according to the accommodation, including cutlery, large pots, air fryer and pan. For the convenience of guests, we have a caretaker who resides on the property in a separate house.

On the shores of the lake of Furnas, it has a lush nature, with mountains, a lot of green and natural water, coming from the source.
