In our newly built pods, you will experience a unique sleep and relaxation experience. Let your mind wander and enjoy nature in the beautiful Fulda Valley. In the cozy cottage, there is plenty of space for breakfast or just to linger. In winter, the Kota becomes a unique experience by the open fireplace.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

The cathedral city of Fritzlar is 14 km away and 25 km to Lake Edersee. The A7, A49 and A44 highways are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are within 5 km (Rewe, Lild, Aldi and Ratio-Land) The apartment has 48 sqm, 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

By car, bike, tram or bus you can quickly get to the Dokumenta city of Kassel. You can quickly reach the A 49, A 44 and A7 highways.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet. All shops serving everyday needs as well as the bus stop are a few minutes' walk away. With line 500 you are in Kassel or Bad Wildungen in 20 minutes. October 29, so far I have had five-star reviews without exception, through a review I am now under five….. The guest did not follow the rules, I reported this, and then I received the bad rating.
