Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

We welcome you to an accommodation adjoining our house with a private parking space and a private garden with a separate entrance. The accommodation is close to La Hume beach and local shops. It is fully renovated and includes a bedroom with a 127 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories (coffee maker, microwave, grill), and a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed. The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Recent villa in a very quiet area where you will have a pleasant stay with all the necessary comfort and a garden not overlooked, whether for your vacation or telework. It is the ideal place to shine on the Arcachon basin. New quality EMMA bedding. RJ45 fiber and taken. The garage is too small to accommodate a car but can accommodate bikes and motorcycles. Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
