This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

It is located 15 minutes from the ocean beaches, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon and close to the city center of La Teste. It has an area of 32 m2 and a terrace. Rated 3 stars It is comfortable and well equipped for a pleasant and quiet stay. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
