The hilly area lends itself to beautiful walks, bike rides and city visits.

Our bungalow is located in a quiet, green park that is suitable for nature lovers, seniors and families with young children. The area lends itself to walking and cycling tours and for city visits. The price does not include tourist tax (2.75 pppn) and mandatory rental sheet packages (9.50 euros pp). The terrace faces south and offers a lot of privacy. Our cottage has 2 (small) bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Non-recreational stays are not allowed.

My accommodation is close to Aachen, Vaals and Maastricht with a very nice wide view. You'll love my place because of the views, the location, and the location. Hiking, cycling, horse riding and golfing can be found in the immediate vicinity. From the entire house you have a magnificent view of our pond and the surrounding meadows and pastures. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and families with children.

Restaurant available in the park, you can walk to the village of Simpelveld with its shops and restaurants in 10 minutes.

This townhouse is part of the living area of our farm (dairy farm), and is located on a cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you unobstructed views of the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.
