Accomodatie: Privé benedenverdieping in woonhuis, ik woon boven. Fantastisch uitzicht, grote tuin.Voor kinderen een trampoline en schommel. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Mooie fiets en wandel routes in Heuvelland en Geuldal. Rustig centraal gelegen. Fietsen kunnen in garage, auto op de oprit. Ik heb 2 katten. Prima restaurants in de buurt en de bakker en Spar dichtbij. Geen echte keuken, wel buffet om ontbijt en eenvoudige maaltijd te maken. Derde persoon betaalt 20 euro extra per nacht.

In the Limburg Heuvelland is our single-storey cottage. The house is located on the outskirts of a small-scale, green and quiet holiday park and has a very spacious garden with lots of privacy. Within walking distance is the cozy village of Simpelveld. We have furnished the vacation home with love and equipped it with every comfort. The decor is warm and cozy, and you will certainly feel at home. You can park your car for free directly in front of the cottage and enjoy your vacation.

Like our other holiday homes “Sjun Limburg” (2022) and “Hemme Limburg” (October 2025), we completely renovated "Leef Zuiden" in 2023. Everything has also been renewed in this house (including the inside and outside walls). The fully renovated garden is fenced and 100% enclosed. A modern stay has been realized, which meets all current requirements. The vacation home also meets the sustainability criteria 100%. The house is completely isolated and equipped with air conditioning.

My accommodation is close to Aachen, Vaals and Maastricht with a very nice wide view. You'll love my place because of the views, the location, and the location. Hiking, cycling, horse riding and golfing can be found in the immediate vicinity. From the entire house you have a magnificent view of our pond and the surrounding meadows and pastures. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and families with children.

This cozy house is in the middle of the village of Mechelen, between the liveliness of the terraces and restaurants, but with the tranquility of the Geuldal around the corner. The building is part of a 17th-century carré farmhouse. In 2023, it was completely renovated, in which many authentic elements were restored.
