A modern furnished, newly renovated studio apartment (not a separate bedroom) with 40 sqm of living space awaits you. The apartment is located in a single-family house in the basement. It is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the forest in a perfect starting point for activities such as cycling and hiking. The center of Furtwangen and shopping are within walking distance in 20 minutes. (car 3 min).

It doesn't take much to be happy

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the view of the valley or the evening by the warming fireplace. Discover many small details and refinements in the completely self-designed and restored premises. Feel completely at ease - surrounded by natural materials and lush nature. Listen to the birdsong and bees buzzing, the gurgling of the stream, the distant bleating of the sheep or the calling of the cows.

Artist loft in the middle of the forest

I'm afraid there's not a single right angle in the apartment. This is not uncommon for a Black Forest farm that is almost 200 years old. I did most of the work on the apartment myself. Since I am not an expert, you can certainly see that in many places, but perhaps for this very reason, the apartment has its very own charm. I feel very comfortable in it. Because I live there myself during the winter months.

You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.
