Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

The large kitchen-living room is the center of your locked apartment. The small table in the dormer is also suitable as a mini office. The bathroom invites you to linger with a spacious shower and modern design. In the bedroom, a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) awaits you. The recamiere can also be used as an additional sleeping accommodation.

Elas Bergchalet

Minimalist, cosy, rustic and beautifully situated on the high Dörnberg above the town of Zierenberg near Kassel. In the immediate vicinity is an island horse farm as well as the restaurant Bergcafé Friedrichstein. Within walking distance you reach the gliding airfield (one of the oldest gliding areas in Germany), the Wichtelkirche and the help stones. The area is very popular for its hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig) and its juniper vegetation along the chalk grasslands.

Our apartment is minimalist, clear and charmingly decorated. Kassel-Kirchditmold district. All hotspots (UNESCO World Heritage Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park, Anthroposophical Center, Congress Palace Stadthalle, etc.) are easily accessible. The ICE railway station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The kitchen is not integrated into the apartment, but there is an option to make tea or coffee. A small fridge (non-alcoholic beer and mineral water freely available!) is available.

Chalet Habichtswald

Welcome to our new Chalet Habichtswald, located at the foot of the Hohe Dörnberg in the Habichtwald Nature Park. Our small wooden house is located in a very nice hillside location right next to an equestrian farm for Icelandic horses. The property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the gliding airfield on the Dörnberg on all sides. The hiking parking lot Friedrichstein is in the immediate vicinity and offers entrances to various premium hiking trails.

Spacious one-room apartment

Hi, we rent our in-law 1-room apartment (about 40 m2). It has a kitchenette with oven , microwave, coffee capsule machine and a big separate refrigerator. In the bathroom is a shower, toilet and a separate urinal. From the cozy couch you can watch Netflix/ Amazon Prime on the 55 "TV/ Amazon Prime, or movies from the collection via the projector, or on the PS3 data. In addition to a foosball table, there are also various board games available.
