The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Lovingly furnished, it has everything you need for a vacation and relaxation, from an espresso maker to a charcoal grill. Two bikes are available for exploring the area. Good location for hikes and excursions in beautiful Eichsfeld. Super climbing walls within walking distance (13 min.) with 63 routes, difficulty level 5-9+.

The small forest villa is in the heart of Kassel the Habichtswald. With its unique secluded location, the small two-toor house from 1900 has its very special flair. Whether in summer or winter, the cozy house with a plot size of 4000 sqm offers a wonderful way to relax in the middle of the forest.
