NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km from swimming in Lake Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the “Moosrain” stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and was newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right outside the building.

The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
