The house was spectacular, it has a beautiful view where the tranquility of the water, the wind and the sunset, make you forget everything. I went with my 8 friends who also enjoyed the space, it was a divine experience which I would recommend to anyone. A place to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy everything you have around you. If my friends and I go back to Maryland, I'm sure we'll choose this place again. We had such a wonderful stay at this home! I visited with my three young kids and there was never a dull moment—so many fun activities to do, both indoors and out. We loved having access to the kayak and canoe, which we used on both the ocean and the nearby lake. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and we had a blast fishing right off the dock. Inside, the house was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were clean and comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—including spices and condiments, which made cooking easy. There were also tons of games to keep the kids entertained during downtime. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactively helpful, checking in by text and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely come back!

It is the perfect location for a relaxed getaway. Several lovely state parks within a short distance. The space is well equipped and comfortable with magical sunsets over the Potomac. Theresa is super responsive.

My family enjoyed 2 very peaceful days at The Boyce Cottage. We were looking for a quiet get away where we could fish, kayak, bike, and stare at the water. The cottage was spacious with a huge yard. We loved sitting around the fire pit with our dog and just relaxing. If we had stayed one more day we would have explored Warsaw and Colonial Beach. It was early in the season so unfortunately we did not have any luck catching fish. The kayaks were great and easy to access. I would return to this cottage once the dock is complete. I read that the owners are getting bids and hoping for the dock to be in this year. The beds were comfy and I loved the view from the master.
