Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Beautiful attic apartment with balcony and fireplace for cool evenings. Three spacious bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed at any time. Bed linen and towels are available. On request, we will gladly provide a good Weber grill that you can use in the garden at the pavilion. The municipality of Pfalzgrafenweiler charges a tourist tax of €1.60 per person, which we will settle with you during your stay
