In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

The great roof terrace completes the day perfectly. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes away.

**First occupancy July 2024** Our cozy and lovingly furnished new apartment is located right in the heart of Buching, right next to the Buchenberg cable car and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A bakery, butcher, cheese shop and a large Edeka are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle and many swimming lakes are minutes by car. The Tyrolean border and Füssen are just under 15 minutes away by car. Parking is available in front of the house.

The train station is a 5-minute walk away. City and region offer endless leisure activities. Hiking, biking, swimming, winter sports, everything is possible seasonally. The castles of King Ludwig II are four kilometers away. Larger shopping cities are Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg, or Munich.

Family-friendly apartment on the first floor with mountain views and garden area. There are great excursion destinations in the surrounding area, as well as numerous bike and hiking trails. The apartment can accommodate two adults and two children. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid in cash on site. Breakfast is not included in the price, but we would be happy to get you fresh baked goods from the bakery.

Romantic garden apartment on the Wildbach Halblech

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake.
