A total of 135 m² of living space is distributed on the ground floor in a hall, a spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen and a modern daylight bathroom with bathtub / shower / toilet / vanity, and on the upper floor there are four bedrooms for two people each and a modern daylight bathroom with shower / toilet and vanity. The living room is equipped with a TV and a Wii game console. This first class chalet has a garden with a west-facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture in summer. The parking spaces are right next to and in front of the house. Countless hiking opportunities start right on the doorstep, a ski rental is located approx. 100 m away.
