Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Quiet, centrally located apartment with terrace

The 60 m² granny flat is located in Marl-Hüls in a central but very quiet side street. It is only 200 m to the next bus stop, and from there you can reach Marl-Sinsen train station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen, or Haltern am See or Wuppertal, in just a few minutes. There is a bed in the bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.
