The marketplace is on the doorstep, but the 110 m² apartment still offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere. A highlight is the large extraordinary kitchen with dining area and separate coffee bar, which invites you to cook and cozy get-together with friends or family. In the entrance area of the house there is a small outdoor area with a table group, which is available only for our guests.

Nearby is the Ketteler Hof, the Granat Wildlife Park and the Halterner Stausee. Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay.

The approx. 50 sqm, modernly furnished attic apartment for 1-2 people is located in the heart of Marl-Hüls, on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Catering and shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. On Tuesdays and Fridays (in the morning in both cases), the Hülser weekly market takes place right outside the front door. A cosy cinema and a small pizzeria are located in the same building complex. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.
