Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Welcome to our cosy flat in a prime location in Bruchsal! The accommodation combines central proximity with a quiet environment. You can easily reach the city centre on foot in just about 15 minutes, and by car it's only about five minutes. At the same time, you can enjoy the location right on the edge of a field, which is perfect for relaxed walks, jogging or simply a little break in the countryside right on your doorstep. The house is located on a slope, so there are some stairs.

The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.

The spacious, modern studio is ideal for travellers who appreciate nature. On the sandwich roof, you can hear the patter of the rain and the chirping of the birds. You can easily prepare your meals in the spacious kitchenette. You have a small, private outdoor seating area right outside the door, but you should be a bit sporty and fearless, as there is a steep staircase leading up to it. If needed and on request, an additional bedroom is available.
