Le calme doit être respecté à partir de 11:00. Le propriétaire habite juste en dessus de la villa. La porte extérieure est en commun avec le propriétaire.

We are renting out two adjoining studios attached to the family home. These have independent access. They share a garden, terrace (with private area for each of the studios) and a small pool. We offer a real Airbnb experience, so sharing and friendliness are the watchwords. As we are always asked the same question, I would like to point out that the pool is to be shared between the guests of the two studios and that we have never had to manage its access.
