The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The 1-room basement flat (45 m²) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city centre by car in just 10 minutes. Bus route 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can access the flat via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washlet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Small children are not allowed due to safety conditions.
