The apartment also includes a 25m² covered terrace, which provides sunshine from early morning until late afternoon and protects from rain. Sleeping space for two people is available. The kitchen has a small seating area for two people. The best way to reach us is by car, which you can park free of charge in front of our property. We look forward to your visit.

You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated. The 1-room basement flat (45 m²) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city centre by car in just 10 minutes. Bus route 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can access the flat via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washlet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Small children are not allowed due to safety conditions.
