This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a century old building located in the popular List district of Hanover. The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and city center. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, with a fully equipped kitchen-living room and bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

Studio close to MHH, trade fair and city center

This studio is available for your sole, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room, there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A folding sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-height partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

The cozy apartment on the 1st floor offers on 60 sqm a bright living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and cot, as well as a well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. There is also a parking space for your car and a parking space for bicycles.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Cozy cottage for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building in central location. The bedroom and the living room are oriented into the courtyard, which promises absolute tranquility. In the middle of life, the White Cross Square and the Lister Mile are within walking distance with many coffees and bars. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station.
