1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). Cozy rear house in the grass roof settlement in Hanover Bothfeld for up to 6 people. Not far from nature conservation and recreational areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in downtown in 15 minutes. The house is approximately 45 m² in size and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a living room with a dining table and a futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room, you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.
