Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and Colmberg Golf Course. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The house is equipped with everything you are used to from home. A garden invites you to stay. Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Ideal for other families, or a small group. BBQ and sitting area inside yard. You will get charcoal and rust from us.
