Lovely holiday apartment for 2–4 people in Adelebsen, Barterode district. Centrally located between the Harz and Weser rivers, Göttingen and Solling, it is ideal for hiking, cycling or motorbiking, or simply for relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the view of the pond. Accommodation in the historic village centre with a cosy half-timbered ambience, wooden floors and wooden ceilings. For self-catering guests, there is a fully equipped kitchen. For everyone else, there is a bakery/café and a restaurant in the village.

Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Knopf vacation home

The holiday apartment "Knopf" is located in a quiet area of Hardegsen and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The property consists of a living room with bunk beds for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee (payment to be made in cash). The holiday apartment also offers a shared balcony where you can relax in the evening.

Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the grounds of the family-run campsite "BergseeCamp." Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

It is 40 square meters and is located in a 2-family house on the outskirts of Lenglern. On the upper level are the entrance, bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads directly from the bedroom down to the living area with a small kitchen. In front of it is the small terrace. Public parking is available right in front of the house. Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

Small private apartment with private shower and toilet & small outdoor area :). ~ Opposite a Rewe, flower shop and a gas station. 10 minutes' walk to downtown Northeim. Free WiFi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Parking in the yard. Small area, not visible for motorcycles and bicycles

This beautiful modern apartment renovated with natural stone floors and lime plaster in the former glass studio Rautschke is beautifully located on the outskirts. In the light-flooded living area with a very nice view of the valley, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The apartment is completely on the ground floor and barrier-free. Very close is the hotel complex on the Rothenberg, where you can rent sauna massages, bowling, archery, bicycles, etc.

A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.

Aufgrund der Größe, ist die Wohnung gerne das Ziel von Familien oder Freundesgruppen. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, am Rande eines Waldes (nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt) mit Sicht auf ein unbebautes Tal.
