The place was absolutely wonderful—felt like a dreamy escape straight out of a Himeli fairytale. It was such a joy to interact with Snovi the dog and the friendly birds, they made the stay even more special. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The food was super delicious—home-style and full of flavor. We also requested some decoration, and it turned out beautifully! Highly recommend this cozy and magical stay.

This house was truly a slice of paradise! With stunning views, the villa was extremely beautiful and cozy. What made the stay even more special was the incredible hospitality. Mahender and his wife were great caretakers, preparing the most delicious meals. We were treated to some authentic Kumaoni dishes, which were full of flavor and heart! The family welcomed us so warmly, and their cute little daughter absolutely stole our hearts. We spent some amazing family time here — disconnected from the hustle and surrounded by mountains and beauty. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly, highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind, eat well, and make beautiful memories with their loved ones! :)

The stay was amazing the host were very supportive food was delicious and the views there is a calmness in this place peace you can walk freely , Higly recommend the property if you want something peaceful beautiful no crowd go for this without any second thought.

As soon as I began considering Sanjay sir’s beautiful home for a weekend stay for my family and myself, he was extremely responsive & warm. Once at Naukuchiyatal, we followed Google & Sanjay sir’s directions to reach the place without any trouble, except for the roads, which aren’t treacherous per se but in some locations can be a little steep or narrow with hair-pin bends. If you have experience driving in the mountains, it should be alright. There are external services who also deliver bikes to the property. Coming to the property, it was absolutely breathtaking. Situated on top of a hill, the views were mesmerising. Sir and his wife, Reena mam, are wonderful and super hospitable hosts. They not only heeded to all our requests but also gave us company for hikes & tea - there are SO MANY beautiful trails in the area. We also went down till the lake. The garden is magical and Govind, the caretaker, was always available and makes amazing food! I’d love to go back and you should too!
