It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!
