Such a fantastic stay, Sinead and Gareth went above and beyond for us. We had a 10/10 stay and would recommend the place to anyone. Couldn’t fault it and we will be back! Thanks again guys, wish we didn’t have to leave ☺️☺️

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Lovely clean accommodation, everything you could possibly want. Perfect location for York city Centre, just 15-20 minutes walk away. Also great that its right next door to a supermarket for all those things you forget.

Fabulous apartment! It beautifully blends original features with lovely furnishings, creating a stylish and comfortable space. The artwork is great and thoughtfully chosen to reflect the local area. If you love the YSP, this is the perfect place to stay. Excellent communications from Simon —clear, friendly, and prompt throughout. Highly recommended!

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

A fantastic place to stay and highly recommend. Perfect location for exploring York which we could do on foot from here. Property extremely clean, lovely and modern and we can’t wait to revisit. From the booking to the final departure, Clare was friendly and professional, the perfect host who made our stay enjoyable and easy. The flat was in a great location. Sainsbury’s is moments away, the city walls are not much further and its lofty position affords a great view. The flat itself is modern, neat and thoughtfully decorated and equipped - and the parking is secure. We loved York, Clare’s flat was the perfect base and Clare was personable and helpful throughout. No hesitation in recommending.

I’ve stayed at this property several times now as I needed to be back near my childhood home. Any issues are always sorted very promptly and it has been literally a home from home for me. Thank you so much. I’ve loved each time I’ve stayed at the Old Red King.

Lovely AirBnB - it was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were a group of four and one had limited mobility and it was easy to get around the home. We appreciated the welcome basket of essentials- such a thoughtful gesture. We also appreciated having a chair in the bedroom one shower to help our less mobile member of our party. We loved the location - Grassington is lovely and we wanted to see the village in All Creatures Great and Small. We enjoyed walking to Linton from the nearby National Park entrance. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place to stay. Stunning house, stunning location. The attention to detail was fantastic, Philippa and Andrew were so approachable, friendly and helpful and they helped to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed. Our children are already asking how soon we can come and visit again. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and the view were gorgeous, what a gem of a find. Very much looking forward to returning to Yoredale House, Thankyou for having us!

We've stayed here before; this is our second visit. The house is just great. Two large bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a bug living room (with a jukebox!) and a large kitchen/dining room with everything you need in it. I love that John leaves stuff that you need like milk and essentials in the cupboards. Hebden Bridge is lovely, you can go on walks right from the back door of the house and everything about the house just feels like somewhere where John wants to make it feel personal and like you're welcome. Thoroughly recommend.

This is an excellent Airbnb. The location is great we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in Harrogate. Would stay here again.

Amazing venue, spacious living space which was appreciated by all. The children loved the toys they found and the adults enjoyed the grounds, Poole and table football. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we all fit around the dinner table with ease and comfort. If you need a special place for a group get together this is the place to go. So much better than a formulaic bland hotel. Thanks to the team.

As fabulous as expected. Ideal space for two couples, high spec accommodation with lots of room to relax . The kitchen is small if you intend to self cater but the facilities and equipment are excellent. We spent most of the time sat in the dining room watching the peacocks who wandered up to the window each day to be admired. Played tennis and walked into the nearby village along a public footpath 50 mins to a very good pub ( Dawnay Arms ) and evenings in the hot tub . Thoroughly enjoyed it, the host ( Lucy ) is onsite and is welcoming and supportive with communication without any intrusion . No hesitation recommending.

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

There were a few lovely surprises here. The huge shared garden space was a delight. Very peaceful and my dog was delighted to lie in the grass all day. The cafe next door was very pleasant and parking was easy.

A beautiful cozy apartment at an affordable price, just minutes from Old Trafford, absolutely awesome. Efe was very communicative and prompt with his response, I’ll definitely be back next season and will also recommend for others, especially fellow United fans.

Great unique property in the heart of the Northern Quarter. was worried about noise from local bars / restaurants but that wasnt a problem. onëy regret is not being in the propert enough to sit and chill on the terrace which is a lovely area.

We’ve stayed at Kerry’s place before. It’s ideally located for transport links, places to eat, pubs, supermarket and the superb local market. We love it here. Everywhere in Todmorden is dog friendly, the park is opposite and there are numerous walks. We’ll definitely be back.
