Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with a well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt and Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (forest path), train station: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I am happy to give tips and information. The windows of the studio go to the courtyard, which partly green, serves as a (large) part as a parking space. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about a 6-10 minute walk). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in the Advent). If the nearby prince pond (2 minutes ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since requests keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. In addition, of course: dishwashing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bathroom. A private parking space is available directly in front of the entrance for guests arriving by car. Note: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just tell me your wish day for it.

Beautiful idyllic holiday home on 3000 sqm of land A lot of hiking and bike trails offer all possibilities. A number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are also available in winter. The popular destinations of Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. At 950 m, the water dome is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers an extensive range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

On about 100 square meters of living space, you will find everything to feel comfortable all around. The open living concept invites you to linger. The Bordeaux red trailer stands on our old farm on the edge of the village. The location offers a great view on the scenery of the Werra Meissner district. The trailer is spacious with 14 square meters and has a washbasin, stove top and refrigerator. A double bed of 1.40 cm wide, a high table and a cozy sofa are at your disposal to relax. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and larger groups. Unless it is about uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
