Monthly Rentals in Harvard Town Beach

Joanne truly has earn the title of super host. Detail instructions to locate her place with pictures to help avoid missing her location. The place is as described and my biggest disappointment was Mother Nature which decided to delay spring like weather so didn’t really get to take in the lake experience. My visit was on 4/10-4/13. Rain/snow mix decided to return.Joanne is quick to address any questions and has all the basics needed for your stay. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker and supplies. For the folks staying in to prepare meals pots and seasonings on deck. Joanne’s place is a can’t miss and ideal as well if looking to travel into Boston as we did on this stay.

I spent two awesome weeks here and felt immediately at home. The flat is beautiful and the surroundings are super peaceful and great for going for walks. The kitchen is extraordinarily well-equipped. Communication with Caroline was straight forward. She made sure I had everything I needed and even offered help with buying groceries as I did not have a car. I definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful garden and pond. It was a perfect getaway.

Lisa was very helpful and welcoming. She was able to tell me the history of the neighborhood and her home. She also introduced me to a local Portuguese restaurant. I wish I’d had time to see more of Lowell during my visit. The garage, guesthouse apartment is an architecturally interesting space that is nicely furnished. It was the perfect private space for my 2 ½ week stay.

Grace is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and provide resources. The apartment is an especially great value because of its large size and capabilities, like the full-size refrigerator, stove, and washer/drier. It is go-to lodging for whatever draws you to Groton.
