Es bietet Platz für 4 Personen und befindet sich und auf dem Grundstück unseres Wohnhauses. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 800m Nähe. Ein Kinderhochstuhl und Reisebett werden gern zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Innenstadt ist 2km entfernt.

Beautiful new one Double bedroom Studio/apartment with kitchen & en-suite. We have quite time from 10pm till 8am so if you want to relax in the jacuzzi (an extra €25 an hr private use) so if you want to relax in the Jacuzzi which is an additional cost paid on site , in the evening and watch the sun go down this is the place to be, we do not allow any late night parties of any sort. It is a shared Accommodation block and guests must be respectful of other guest and the owners.

Durch die Nutzung der ausziehbaren Schlafcouch ist eine Belegung mit bis zu 4 Personen möglich. Für all unsere Gäste ist die Nutzung unserer kl. Wellness-Bereiche im Souterrain beider Häuser mit Whirlpool,Infarotkabine, Sportgeräten, Dusche und Sauna nach Verfügbarkeit inklusive.

Unsere wunderschöne Wohnung befindet sich ausgebaut in der 1. Etage einer alten Scheune auf unserem Hof! Wir haben vor Ort für alle unsere Gäste einen mit Holz beheizbarem Outdoorpool zudem befindet sich dort eine Terasse mit genügend Platz für 10 Personen und einer Grill / Lagerfeuerstelle! Ein Bäcker selbst ist im Ort ansäßig und für weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. in 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar.
