Beautiful apartment in a prestigious residence in Annecy. Its terrace and garden are nestled in interior gardens. Absolute calm and exceptional location in the old town, 400 m from the lake and 100 m from the train station. With underground parking, rare in downtown Annecy, this unique place is close to everything. The whole apartment (living room, bedroom and kitchen) overlooks the terrace and garden where you can have lunch and rest.
