We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

This bright, comfortable studio with mountain views is located between Annecy and Geneva. It's the perfect place for a vacation or work stay in Haute-Savoie. Quiet, in a green environment, it is a 3-minute drive from the highways (A 410) from the SNCF train station (Léman Express) and the center of the small town of La Roche sur Foron. It will allow you to diversify your discoveries: mountains, lakes, visits to the emblematic cities of Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, Yvoire.

Located in a charming village of Chablais, this charmingly decorated accommodation will allow you to enjoy the ski resorts (Bernex, Thollon) and Lake Geneva (Evian, Thonon) 10 minutes away. Avoriaz, Les Gets, Chatel are 40 minutes away. Many activities are offered in the region (hiking, sports trail, exhibition, educational farm, regional market...) and will satisfy young and old alike. We welcome you with pleasure and will advise you on this wonderful region.

Ground floor: 26m2 living space with sofa bed offering a comfortable double bed 140x190cm; adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; a kitchenette area with table for 4 people. Mezzanine accessible by Japanese staircase with offset steps: Sleeping area with double bed 140/190, under low roof in wood panelling with reading area offering a very cosy atmosphere.

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.
