Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. Our chalet is located in Saint-Amand de Coly, a village labeled "most beautiful villages in France", 26 km from Sarlat and 12 km from the Lascaux IV cave. On the property, a free parking space is reserved for you. You can also enjoy the swimming pool with its stunning views and shallow part ideal for children. A lit petanque court, badminton court, ping pong table, swings, picnic area are also at your disposal.
