Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss in einer ruhigen, aber zentral gelegenen Wohngegend in Dachau. Sie ist sehr geräumig (1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer). Ab 5 Personen öffnen wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Dachterrasse. München ist über den nicht weit entfernten Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar (ca. 12 Minuten). Aber auch Dachau und Umgebung ist sehenswert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe vorhanden.

Munich Airport and city center are both reachable in approximately 20-25 minutes. Highlights include: 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, 2 balconies, and a hammock. Since 01/26, we have a private parking space directly in front of the building.

For stays longer than 10 days, please send us a request, we can often do that! The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.

Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Cafés, Biergarten , Pizzeria, Mc Donald, Tennisplatz , Badesee zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Bus: 100m (fahrt 10min zur S-Bahn) S-Bahn: in 20min im Zentrum von München.
