Fishing, beachcombing, hiking, whale watching, sand sports and golf are moments away from this amazing beach house. Florence has it all!

I have a well maintained beach style cottage with 2 bedrooms, master has king bed and ensuite 1/2 bath, second bedroom has queen bed. Full bath with walk-in shower located in hallway. Fully equipped kitchen. Large green yard with waterfall pond, plants and flowers, and a covered porch with seating area. It is a private setting in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking space for your utility trailer and/or ATV's. Just minutes from beach access, Bay Street shopping and local restaurants.

Looking over the river, sand dunes and the ocean, this stunning 3 bd Cape Cod home captures views from every room!! Spacious, light-filled artist studio, located in the heart of Old Town. One block from Bay Street, with the best in food and shopping. The Sandra Airbnb sleeps 4, two queen beds. The kitchen is roomy and stocked with appliances and tools necessary for preparing meals. The large living room features comfy furniture for viewing the big screen TV, visiting, or enjoying a quiet book. The covered front porch catches the morning sun, and the garden behind the house begs to be explored.

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

Sleeps 4 and is equipped with a Queen size bed and 40” Smart TV in each bedroom. The home is light and bright, tastefully decorated with wainscotting throughout and a newly renovated bathroom with skylight and beautiful floor to ceiling tiled shower.

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.
