The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

By train you are in 11 minutes in the center of Stade and in 70 minutes at Hamburg Central Station. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away. A monitor can be used for working. You have the option to charge your electric car directly at the parking lot. Only the current electricity rate will be charged.

Our small apartment is located between Cuxhaven and Stade, directly on the B73 at the Kreidesee in Hemmoor. There is a snack bar and an Asian restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shopping facility is 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. We have many recreational opportunities and lots of nature in the area. The chalk lake invites you to dive and fish, as well as to take beautiful walks. Our apartment is in the attic, but has air conditioning.

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
