Old Town: Small but very central apartment

One-bedroom studio with 160 cm queen size bed, small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. From the window you see the Neckar, within a few minutes you can walk to the main sights of Heidelberg. A supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. I won`t be there to greet you - the key will be left in a key safe at the door. But you can always reach me on Whats App. The apartment is not suitable for kids.

Apartment to feel good in the heart of old city

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a core-renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic centre of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to make you feel good. Restaurants, cafes are just outside, Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Wheels can be placed in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked directly in front of the house.

I rent out my son's apartment, who now lives abroad. It is suitable for 1-2 people and is located in Handschuhheim, an idyllic district of Heidelberg. The apartment has two rooms, a living-bedroom (single bed and sofa bed) with a large workspace, a kitchen-living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. It is about 3 min. to public transport and with the tram you can reach the city center or the main train station in 10 minutes by tram.

You can live in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa with a view of a quiet garden area very close to the Neckar. The old town is about 20 minutes walk away. Next to the bedroom there is a kitchen and a shower room that you can use alone. On the same floor we have two working or guest rooms, which we mainly use during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open windows!!
