In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, families.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. By arrangement, up to 3 people can stay at the apartment. Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are easily reached by car.
