Das modern eingerichtete und mit Granitsteinen geflieste Appartement hat einen eigenen Eingang und über die Terrassentür gelangt man direkt in unseren Garten. Dieser ist uneinsichtig, natürlich gewachsen mit einem großen Teich und für Kinder gibt es vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten. Uns ist es ein besonderes Anliegen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und den Aufenthalt wirklich genießen können.

A retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city ? Nestled between shady forests and extensive dirt roads, my apartment is a place where modern comfort meets the originality of rural life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, families.

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. From the roof terrace you have great views over the city.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Relaxing in the resort

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. By arrangement, up to 3 people can stay at the apartment. Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are easily reached by car.
