Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

I live in the flat myself from time to time, but I'm not there when guests come. My flat is located in an upscale residential area. Private parking by the building. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the city centre. Local amenities such as a bakery, a butcher's, a pharmacy and a bank are nearby. The flat is 100 m2 in size.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
