The apartment is directly accessible from the outside via the stairwell, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams also crack, the rain rattles on the roof= advantage and disadvantage?

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi + outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read the listing in full), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

The fully equipped holiday apartment Haus Kiewisch (just please be aware there is no TV, but wifi) welcomes you in the small village of Seffern, next to the forest. You can start your walk or hike directly at the apartment, there are several trails. The bus stop (Seffern Ort) is located less than a 5 minutes walk. Only a 10-20 minutes drive to our small towns in the South Eifel: Bitburg, Prüm and Kyllburg.

Vacation home in the Eifel

The apartment was newly built in 2023. We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living area with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo Switch coffee maker, microwave and many kitchen utensils.

You can hike from there through the forest to the Moselle. The Eifelsteig is about 3.5 km away. Also ideal for cycling on the Moselle and Kylltal bike paths.

We rent a detached, former farmhouse (100 m²), which was completely renovated in 2021/22. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course surrounded by beautiful nature.
