There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Quiet location directly by the forest, which invites you to jog or walk. The accommodation offers everything for your stay. Relaxation can also be found on the balcony with views of the countryside; a small workplace is available for work. The pull-out armchair offers additional sleeping space. Ideal for a relaxing break!

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.

The attic apartment is in a detached house in a traffic-calmed area. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment has a work area in the bedroom. Internet (100 Mbit/sec)/Wi-Fi and printer are included. Due to its proximity to the Düsseldorf and Essen trade fairs (about 25 km away), it is suitable for trade fair guests, but also for commuters. Lockable garage for two-wheelers is available. No pets.
