Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhr reservoir, which is right at your doorstep (about 5 minutes' walk). There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago.
