Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. Cottage 55m² and new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the lake. What's more, the location is ideal for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

A log cabin with the amenities of a detached house on the shore of Lake Saimaa in Enonkoski. On your own, a wood-burning sauna and a large terrace-like dock. The house is located next to Joutenvesi Nature Reserve - between Kolovesi and Linnansaari National Parks. The unique small islands, coves, and rugged rocky beaches of the water can be explored by a rowboat or kayak included in the rental price. Saimaannorppas are also comfortable in these clean waters of natural tranquility.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.

City Home Alvari, air conditioning, indoor parking space for car

Stylishly decorated apartment in a new house in the city center on the quiet side of the courtyard with its own entrance. A safe place for the car in a locked warm garage and an air heat pump brings coolness on hot summer days. Kuopio market and travel center are about 300m away. In the parking garage, there is a shared car that can be rented separately directly from the operator (24rent).

Relax with your friends or family in this pittoresque Finnish cottage with a sauna. There is also a rowing boat free to use and to fish. In the hammock you can have a good nap in the sunshine. There is a big patio to have a grill feast and enjoy summer. Great routes for hiking and mointain biking. If you want I can arrange a tub for your stay for extra cost. Please ask for availability.
