Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful lake full of fish (Kallavesi), in the midst of nature, in the courtyard of our home, only a 25-minute drive from the towns of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people. In the summer, the sleeping shed has sleeping places for two. Guests have access to a barbecue, a paddle board and a rowing boat. There is an additional charge for using the hot tub. Please book the hot tub in advance.

In addition, a glazed terrace with infrared heaters and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air heat pump and municipal water. Large lawn yard. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Our traditional cottage has a living room, a kitchen, two sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on holiday, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging in the hammock. The sandy beach that opens to the south is well suited for children's water play, and there's plenty to do in the cottage and nearby. We also have a trampoline, a fire pit, and a boat. Welcome to vacation! The cottage is located along the Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselkä tour and the Liperi Leipäpitäjä cycling routes.

You will always remember the rugged landscape of this destination. The property is located near Kolovesi National Park on the shores of Saimaa Pyyvesi. The property has stunning views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved country road. There are neighbors on the property. The mini-house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building dates back to 2024. The accommodation is ideal for those interested in hiking, cycling, fishing and paddling.
