Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 meters from the new Spieljoch cable car and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Apartment Nina is located in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet and sunny location. In a few minutes' drive you can reach the Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal Kaltenbach ski resorts.
