Peace, good air and wonderful nature

Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

The 40 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The bungalow - designed in loft style - has a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a terrace. If you want to enjoy privacy on vacation, appreciate short distances to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Karlshagen and love to walk in the forest, you have to discover the Dünenkiefer resort.

The bungalow is detached and equipped with its own terrace. It is in a quiet location on a large family-friendly site. It has recently been renovated and offers, among other things, a new kitchenette, a modern bathroom, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Shopping, train station and beach are within walking distance. Bed linen can be booked for a fee. The local tourist tax is not included in the price. Electricity is billed separately (€0.60/kWh).

Our cosy holiday home in Koserow on the sunny island of Usedom is the ideal place for relaxing holidays by the Baltic Sea. The sunny terrace with a beach chair invites you to have breakfast, relax and linger. Of course, free Wi-Fi and free parking for one car are available to you. Shops, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops are in the immediate vicinity. The Baltic Sea, with its fine sandy beach, is easily reached after about 950 m.

Vacation bungalow on Usedom

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. The cabinet bed is a small double bed with dimensions of 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
