We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

The vacation rental is located right in the center of Ahlbeck (shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity). It is about 200 m to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances except oven and dishwasher). In the outdoor area, a general sitting area can be used. Parking at the house can be booked additionally. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment complex.

Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.

You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
