Our beautiful, listed spa architecture villa was built in 1896. In 2000, the entire villa was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. All apartments are state of the art and comfortably furnished. Three of the five apartments have a balcony or terrace. The daylight bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers a lot of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the Imperial period. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly decorated. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2025.
