We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Victoria am Meer vacation home, Ahlbeck, Usedom

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers a lot of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the Imperial period. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly decorated. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2025.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

You can enjoy the tranquility, while at the same time being quickly in the middle of the action and on the beach to get the most out of your Baltic Sea vacation.

This apartment is on the first floor of a holiday apartment complex. It is located right at the entrance area (good for older people who have problems with stairs and long distances) We are located 200 m from the beach. In the immediate vicinity are many shops (EDEKA, Rossmann, Einkaufsstrasse Seestrasse) and restaurants. The apartment is very centrally located in Ahlbeck. The kitchen has all the usual utensils (except oven and dishwasher).

Romantic hideaway in a class of its own Arched by a historic brick ceiling, the cozy nest is located on the garden level of Villa Meeresstern, a historic, landmarked building from the century before last. The unique, recently renovated premises – consisting of a large living-sleeping loft, kitchen, full bathroom and separate wardrobe - offer a fascinating mix of historical and contemporary that will delight design fans.

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

The cosy loft apartment with combined living and sleeping area is located on the 2nd floor and has floor-to-ceiling windows. With 42 square metres of space, it can accommodate 3 people. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is just as luxuriously equipped as the high-quality kitchen. The double bed, which is directly adjacent to the living area, measures 180x200 cm.

Holiday apartment "Kon-Tiki", Villa Regina Maris,

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. The sofa bed allows stays with three people. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can reach the cliffs of Bansin in a few minutes on foot. Also within walking distance are: shops, cafés, restaurants, as well as the promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surroundings stress-free.

Studio with terrace - No. 3

This cosy loft apartment with a combined living and sleeping area is located on the ground floor, measures 49 square metres and can accommodate two people. The bay window leads onto the apartment's terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The double bed measures 160x200 cm.
