maison 2017, 80m2 situé à moins d’1km de la mer soit 13min à pied. Équipée de 3 chambres ( 2 grands lits + 1 lit simple ), 1 canapé lit. Elle se situe dans un quartier calme et éclairé. Terrasse avec une vue sur les champs plein sud. Petite ferme avec moutons, coqs, oies ect a 100m Toutes commodités à 2 min en voiture. J’habite à 3min en vélo, s’il y a un problème, vous pouvez compter sur moi. Ps : 2 vélos adultes, 2 enfants disponibles sur demande.

Nice refurbished F2 with terrace and garden 50 m from the beach, direct access to the sailing club, paddleboard rental... bike path to walk along the landing beaches and reach the city of Caen by the canal. Very close supermarket and many local shops (laundromat, shoemaking...) not to mention the casino, the thalasso and its spa accessible by the day, equestrian center etc... By car: 15 min from Caen, 2 hours from Paris. Bus stop nearby.
