recent house 2017, 80 m2 located less than 1 km from the sea, 13 min walk. Equipped with 3 bedrooms ( 2 queen beds + 1 single bed), 1 sofa bed. It is located in a quiet and lit area. Terrace with south-facing views of the fields. Small farm with sheep, roosters, geese ect 100m away All amenities 2 minutes away by car. I live 3 minutes by bike, if there is a problem, you can count on me. Ps: 2 adult bikes, 2 children available by request.

Nice refurbished F2 with terrace and garden 50 m from the beach, direct access to the sailing club, paddleboard rental... bike path to walk along the landing beaches and reach the city of Caen by the canal. Very close supermarket and many local shops (laundromat, shoemaking...) not to mention the casino, the thalasso and its spa accessible by the day, equestrian center etc... By car: 15 min from Caen, 2 hours from Paris. Bus stop nearby.
